Angelina Jolie has made explosive new claims in her ongoing legal battle with ex-husband Brad Pitt over their French vineyard. In court documents filed on April 4, Jolie's lawyers are requesting the release of communications that they say will prove Pitt wouldn't sell Jolie his share of their Chateau Miraval winery unless she signed a restrictive non-disclosure agreement. Jolie's team alleges that the NDA is an attempt to silence her from speaking out about Pitt's alleged abuse. The documents reference a reported altercation on a 2016 flight with their children, after which Jolie filed for divorce. The new filing claims that Pitt's history of physical abuse towards Jolie began before the flight and that he also turned his abuse towards the children during the incident. Pitt's attorney has been contacted for comment. A friend of Pitt's involved in the legal battle claims that Jolie's team consistently introduces misleading and irrelevant information as a distraction.
