Former Cameraman Accuses Megan Thee Stallion of Sexual Harassment

A former cameraman has accused Megan Thee Stallion of sexual harassment, claiming that the Grammy Award winner forced him to watch her have sex. Emilio Garcia, who worked with the rapper in 2018, alleged that the nightmarish incident occurred during a trip to Ibiza in 2022.

Garcia claimed in a lawsuit that he was trapped in a moving SUV with Megan and three others, as the rapper engaged in sexual activity next to him. He described feeling embarrassed, mortified, and offended throughout the ordeal.

In the lawsuit, Garcia also alleged that Megan approached him the next day and warned him not to discuss what he had seen. He claimed that she proceeded to berate him and hurl fat-shaming slurs, despite advocating for body positivity.

According to Garcia, Megan allegedly decreased his wages and bookings after the incident, leading to his eventual dismissal. The lawsuit states that he is seeking compensation for unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, and legal fees, citing profound emotional distress and a toxic work environment.

Garcia's lawyer, Ron Zambrano, called for Megan to take responsibility for her actions and cease the alleged sexual harassment and fat-shaming. However, Megan's lawyer, Alex Spiro, denied the sexual harassment claims, stating that the case is primarily an employment dispute over money.

Despite the allegations, Megan's representatives have yet to comment on the matter.
