Ciara and Russell Wilson have made a significant profit from the sale of their Washington estate, according to reports.

The NFL quarterback and singer reportedly sold their 11,100-square-foot home for $21.25 million and an adjacent lot for nearly $10 million, totaling $31 million for the entire estate.

Wilson initially purchased the six-bedroom house for $6.7 million in 2015 and acquired the lot next door for the same amount four years later, indicating a substantial profit from the recent sale.

The sale of the property is currently under contract and is expected to close in May, as per sources.

Wilson, who recently joined the Pittsburg Steelers after being traded from the Denver Broncos, has been looking to offload his real estate assets, including a $25 million mansion in Denver.

Reports suggest that the couple had been entertaining offers for their Denver property, which was eventually sold for $21.5 million, despite Wilson incurring a loss compared to his purchase price in 2022.

Wilson's Washington estate underwent renovations, including the addition of a gym, home theater, yoga, and dance studio, contributing to its increased value.

The property, situated on about 1.06 acres on Lake Washington, also features a sports court added by the NFL star.

It remains uncertain whether Wilson and Ciara intend to purchase a new home in Pittsburgh, where his current team is based.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2016, are parents to three children, with their youngest, Amora Princess Wilson, born in December.
