Glen Powell is getting some A-list Hollywood advice! The "Top Gun: Maverick" star told Access Hollywood at the MTV Movie & TV Awards in Santa Monica, Calif., on Sunday that Tom Cruise convinced him to do the movie – and he couldn't be happier about the blockbuster results! "Tom made a lot of promises and he kept every single one of 'em," Glen said. As for what Tom thinks he should do now? "He said, 'Get back to work,'" Glen joked of their latest conversation, which was just two days prior!
