Christopher Alvarez, 24, from New York, believes he is the oldest person in the world with his condition - a rare form of dwarfism called Thanatophoric dysplasia type II. Christopher wasn’t expected to live past the age of five but despite doctors’ grim prognosis, he has exceeded all expectations and recently graduated from Columbia University with a masters in journalism. As well as working the news beat, Christopher also uses his journalistic skills to help him track down and meet some of his favourite celebrities, including Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Jennifer Lopez and Selena Gomez.
