There has been no shortage of outlandish stunts in the blockbuster behemoth that is the 'Fast and Furious' franchise, but none of them quite captures the gleeful abandon that characterizes the series' later entries like the building-to-building jump of 'Furious 7.' Beginning with 'Fast Five,' the films reinvented themselves as larger-than-life adventures filled with impossible feats, and this scene put all other action franchises on notice: if anyone was going to outdo a 'Fast and Furious' movie, it was going to be another 'Fast and Furious' movie. In an exclusive interview, star Vin Diesel recalls how the scene came together, from his initial reaction upon reading it in the script to finally seeing the end result, and explains why he thinks the series has endured and captured the imaginations of fans all over the world. This breakdown of the iconic action sequence is part of Rotten Tomatoes' Most Memorable Moments series, celebrating the most electrifying, terrifying, moving, and hilarious movie moments from the last 21 years.
