Rumer Willis isn't feeling her best on her 31st birthday. The actress took to Instagram to open up about a recent health scare that has made her feel "trapped in a body that didn't want to work for (her)." Rumer revealed that she's been battling an "unknown stomach problem" for weeks, which has left her feeling "helpless and scared and so utterly overwhelmed."
