Tonight we had the three hour season finale of 'Bachelor in Paradise,' but the big news was that the new Bachelor is Peter Weber (Pilot Pete) from Hannah B's season of 'The Bachelorette.' He can't begin this amazing journey until he's been officially sworn in and Jimmy is the only one who is licensed to do that.
