Such was the case for NBA star Kris Humphries, who became the laughingstock of both Hollywood and the basketball scene after his highly publicized marriage to Kim Kardashian ended after just 72 days. After the split, Humphries was even booed during basketball games and his career bounced around the league from team to team. He signed with the Philadelphia 76ers in September 2017, but before he could play one game for them, he was waived from their roster. He was unable to sign with any other team, and he announced his retirement in March 2019. But not all is lost!
