Bill Cosby's Appeal Of Sexual Assault Conviction Is Denied
Dec 10 2019
This week has brought new developments in two ongoing celebrity assault cases: those of Bill Cosby and Cuba Gooding, Jr. In the case of Cosby, an appellate court upheld Cosby's conviction on three counts of aggravated indecent assault. In the case of Gooding, Jr., seven more women have come forward accusing him of unwanted sexual contact. The "American Crime Story" actor continues to deny all allegations of criminal conduct. Legal expert Misty Marris breaks down both legal developments for All Access.
