Thomas Markle is speaking out. Meghan Markle's estranged father spoke with US Weekly saying that he's disappointed in his daughter and Prince Harry. The 74-year-old's statement comes after the shocking news broke that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are stepping down from royal duties and splitting their time between North America and the UK.
