Megan Thee Stallion Dropped ‘Suga,’ But Will Label Drama Continue? | For The Record
Mar 10 2020
Last week, Megan Thee Stallion was granted a temporary restraining order against her label 1501 Certified Entertainment and its CEO Carl Crawford, clearing the way for her to release her latest EP, 'Suga.' Although Megan was able to drop her project, she’s still in the midst of a $1 million lawsuit against 1501. On the latest episode of 'For The Record,' entertainment lawyer Tiffany Ballard and Genius News producer Tia Hill sat down with Genius' VP of Content Strategy Rob Markman to discuss their thoughts on the project overall and breakdown the specifics of Megan’s case against 1501.
