Are 90 Day Fiance Stars Chantel And Pedro Still Together?

Chantel and her Dominican husband Pedro are one of the most hotly-contested pairings in 90 Day Fiancé history. The couple — who first appeared on the hit show before gracing its spin-off, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, and whose family discord even birthed its own spin-off show, The Family Chantel — have been nothing but drama since day one. But, unlike many of the other supposedly loved-up duos who have popped up on the hit TLC show over the years, they seemed to genuinely love each other. Still, recently, fans have been wondering whether everything is still going well for the couple, as Chantel and Pedro rarely share photos of each other on their social media accounts. But the two have posted a few sneak peeks at their relationship, here and there, on Instagram. A post from late last year showcased Pedro's wedding ring as well as the fact he was still based in Gainesville, where he and Chantel have lived ever since they got married. Likewise, Chantel also shared a photo in which her wedding ring is prominently on display. And none other than the Long Island Medium herself posted a shot from a network holiday party in December 2019 with several other TLC and Discovery stars, in which she, Chantel, and Pedro are all beaming. Just to drive the point home further, a recent Entertainment Tonight interview with the couple highlighted just how committed they remain to each other. Chantel said of their quarantine together, "Just spending quality time together has been great for us, in the midst of everything, it's done a lot for our relationship. We have deeper conversations with one another now." They are, however, holding off on having children until all the issues between their respective families are resolved. Chantel told E.T., "For our family to be in a better place, we need to have conversations with one another, come to agreements, you know, mend fences in a way. […] And I'm just waiting for that day when we can have just some common ground." Although their family ongoing dramas actually led to the debut of their show, The Family Chantel, it appears that for the time being, the couple aren't filming until the nationwide lockdown is lifted. And even considering that, they're not even sure if a Season 2 is in the cards. Chantel added, "Family issues, are they ever ending? […] Hopefully certain things will all just come out in the wash." As it stands, the 90 Day Fiance stars would be hesitant to leave their future kids alone with any family members. But just because the couple spent time away from their families, while they were in quarantine, it didn't mean they weren't still feeling the tension. The couple's recent appearance on 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined was drama-filled for an entirely different reason. As she revealed on the show, Chantel was panicking about possibly having actually contracted the coronavirus. She said, "I haven't been able to smell anything for a few days now and I'm really worried about it because I know that one of the signs of that is [loss of sense or smell] now." The reality star admitted she was too nervous to go to the hospital, sharing that Pedro is doing all of the grocery shopping while they're in lockdown while she studies and keeps up with family and friends online. Chantel is also getting pretty sick of being stuck in their one bedroom apartment, hinting that she's still annoyed that Pedro's mother has a bigger house than they do, while also admitting that it's only because the cost of living is lower in the Dominican Republic. Her hubby seems to have adapted quite well, though, and has picked up a new hobby. Chantel revealed, "Pedro has a new camera and he loves taking pictures. I like to model for him, but he's not that good at it yet. […] He needs a lot of practice." Still, they seem to be enjoying each other's company even while stranded in such close quarters, which leads us to believe they're still very much in love.
