The relationship between Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine and model Behati Prinsloo is arguably one of the most successful pairings in Hollywood, as the easygoing pair have created a beautiful life and family together. Ever since the two tied the knot in 2014, they've gushed nonstop about each other on social media and in interviews. The lovebirds first met in 2012 when a mutual pal reportedly suggested Prinsloo star in a music video for Maroon 5. Although the Victoria's Secret star didn't take the gig, she and Levine apparently had a long email correspondence before finally connecting in real life. Prinsloo recalled in a 2019 interview with Net-a-Porter, "I went to LA for a job, and that was the first time we met in person. I remember walking in: I opened the door, and it was the classic moment where the light shines into the dark studio and everyone turned to look at me. He had boxing gloves on and he came to hug me." However, any awkwardness quickly disappeared, as Prinsloo explained, "Then he took me for dinner and we talked for hours and had the best time. It was love at first sight, it was crazy." The couple's first public appearance together was in October 2012 at the GQ Gentlemen's Ball, and things seemed to be going quite well for the pair. So when Levine struck up a romance with model Nina Agdal in early 2013, many fans were left scratching their heads. Agdal and Levine eventually split up in May 2013, and by July 2013, the former Voice coach was engaged to Prinsloo. Prinsloo didn't explain why the split happened in her conversation with Net-a-Porter, although she did reveal what motivated their reunion. "We broke up for two months, realized that it was the worst decision, then got back together, got engaged and got married. It was a wild ride!" Meanwhile, Agdal made it clear that there's no bad blood between her and the couple, as she told Ocean Drive in November 2013, "I am 21 years old, and I don't think anyone who is 21 knows what love is about yet. I think love just happens. It happened to them and I'm happy for them. I am not even worried about anything like that." Now, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are happily married and the proud parents of young daughters Dusty and Gio. Their family is so darn cute that fans are already hoping Prinsloo has another baby. For example, in March 2020, Prinsloo had to shut down pregnancy rumors on Instagram, all because she posted a picture that vaguely looked like an ultrasound. She matter-of-factly told her followers, "Guys. This is not an ultrasound...Dusty got hold of my phone and somehow posted this picture from my photo library...But everyone is now congratulating me on my 3rd pregnancy it's a close up of my black and white splatter sweat pants!" And when it comes to expanding their family, Levine and Prinsloo don't seem to be in a rush. Levine told Howard Stern in April 2020, "No, she's not currently pregnant. I think if I asked her to have another baby right now she'd punch me...because she's not ready." When Levine left The Voice in 2019, Prinsloo was thrilled that she would get to have more time with her husband. Levine had reportedly been thinking about leaving the show for a few years, with a source telling Entertainment Tonight, "He's outgrown the show. He was over it." Which is precisely why Prinsloo was so excited to have him home for once. She told Entertainment Tonight of her husband's exit, "Good news for me. He's on tour at the moment and he's excited to get home and, for the first time, have nothing to do."
