Franco-Nigerian photojournalist Pierre Alozie talks to VICE about the photos he took at the fall of the Berlin Wall. Exactly 31 years ago on November the 9th 1989, the Berlin Wall that divided communist East Germany from West Germany was torn down, signifying the end of the Cold War. The wall, also known as the ‘Iron Curtain’, had been dividing East and West Berlin since 1961.
