The Transformation Of Anna Faris Is Something To See
Jan 27 2021
It's hard to believe Anna Faris has been gracing our TV screens for the last two decades. Since she rose to fame in the Scary Movie series, the actress has undergone one of the most effortless transformations in Hollywood history.
Anna Faris grew up to be the amazing woman she is thanks to her parents, father Jack Faris, a college administrator, and mother Karen Faris, a special education teacher. While chatting with Women's Health in April 2018, Anna revealed,
"I had a very healthy upbringing when it came to eating, but it also made me a rebel because there wasn't any junk food in the house. I'd go to my friends' to sneak Doritos—chips of any kind were my favorite junk food growing up."
The Mom star's brother, Robert Harris, followed in their mom and dad's academic footsteps, as he eventually became a sociology professor, but Anna yearned for the spotlight.
By the young age of 6, Anna's mother signed her up for drama classes. Even though Anna was having a ball dancing and acting on stage in front of an audience, she did not think of herself as the most graceful person, as she told Men's Journal,
"I was a quiet, weird kid who wore headgear, and I think most people can relate to that awkwardness."
