Hilary Duff is feeling blue – in a good way! The pregnant actress kicked off her weekend with new neon locks, showing off the bold look in a series of photos and videos on Instagram including a behind-the-scenes peek at the all-day process. Hilary is awaiting the arrival of her and husband Matthew Koma's second child together and she thanked her stylists for executing such a drastic request this late in her pregnancy. But does the color choice mean the new 'do doubled as a gender reveal?
