In 2021, after Jennifer Lopez’s prolific split from Alex Rodrigeuz, her ex, Ben Affleck has been by her side comforting her. While the two have a strong connection, sources say they’re just friends, for now. But who knows what the future will hold?
The two first met in late 2001 on the set of the movie Gigli. While the movie flopped, the spark between Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck flew. At the time she was married to Cris Judd. But they divorced due to irreconcilable differences and soon Bennifer was the power couple of Hollywood. They were in every magazine and everyone wanted a piece of them. After a highly public romance, the spotlight was too much and the two eventually called off their engagement and relationship. But the two remained friends throughout the years.
