Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced the arrival of their daughter on June 6, 2021. While the birth announcement likely doesn't come as a surprise to many royal watchers, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's choice of name for their daughter likely did. Their daughter is officially named Lilibet "Lili" Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, paying homage both to Harry's mother, Princess Diana, and the childhood nickname of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.
