Bill Cosby’s sexual assault conviction has been overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, according to court documents obtained by Access Hollywood. The embattled comedian has been released from prison. The documents reveal that an agreement with a previous prosecutor prevented him from being charged in the case.
