Phylicia Rashad Sparks Outrage Over Bill Cosby

Jul 01 2021
On June 30, The Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned actor Bill Cosby's sexual assault conviction. The former actor was released three years into his three-to-ten year prison sentence. Cosby was convicted for drugging and sexually assaulting Temple University sports administrator Andrea Constand in 2004. Cosby's conviction, and the misconduct accusations that 60 different women have leveled against him, severed the actor's relationships to many of his long-time friends and colleagues. However, Phylicia Rashad, who played Clair Huxtable on the long-running sitcom The Cosby Show, recently spoke out on Twitter about Cosby's release. Here's how Phylicia Rashad sparked outrage over Bill Cosby. #BillCosby #Phylicia #Actors
