The police procedural Criminal Minds was a huge ratings hit for CBS in its 15 seasons, despite the fact that the show's cast changed dramatically over the years. Sure, characters like Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) and Jennifer Jareau (A. J. Cook) stuck around for the entire run, but fan-favorites like Aaron Hotchner (Thomas Gibson) departed before the 324th and final episode aired.
