Most of the world is expected to refer to Queen Elizabeth II as "Her Majesty the Queen." Only a select few can get away with calling her anything else to her face. One of those special few is her great-grandson, Prince George, who is expected to follow Elizabeth's path one day and ascend to the throne himself.
