The Teen With The Giant Hands | BORN DIFFERENT

KALEEM, 13, from Jharkhand, India was born with an undiagnosed condition which has affected the growth of his hands. His hands have grown rapidly throughout his childhood, and now each hand weighs around 2.5kg. During his younger years, Kaleem was bullied for his appearance: “People would always ask questions and judge him. They call him the son of the devil and run away from him in fear,” his mother Halima said. Despite these challenging times, Kaleem takes it all in his stride and doesn’t let it affect his everyday teenage life.
