Simon Cowell chatted with Access Hollywood on "America's Got Talent" red carpet and opened up about the recent episode of the hit show. Simon revealed who he thought was the top competitor of the night was and shared why he thought some performers weren't as good as before. The TV personality also compared 9-year-old Victory to country icon Carrie Underwood, saying, "It was pretty much how I felt when I just met Carrie ... heard her sing, she had this glow about her ... and I think Victory the same." "AGT" airs Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 8/7c on NBC.
