Scarlett Johansson's legal team is fighting back after Disney moved to resolve her breach of contract lawsuit out of court. On Friday, Disney filed a motion in Los Angeles Superior Court to move Johansson's lawsuit to arbitration. Scarlett's attorney, who had previously demanded a jury trial, shared his reactions to the motion and characterized the company's initial response to her allegations a "misogynistic attack" against her.
