A SINGER has spent over $50,000 to achieve her dream ‘It Girl’ look. Serena Smith began getting plastic surgery when she was 18 years old with a breast augmentation. Since then she has also had a nose job, botox and filler procedures in her chin, lips, cheeks and smile lines. Serena was assigned male at birth and started her transition when she was 17 years old and said it was a ‘liberating experience’ to become her true self. Serena said the idea of looking like a Barbie doll is not realistic and just wants to look as perfect as possible. She plans on getting another breast augmentation soon to go bigger - what will her boyfriend Tyler think of these plans? Serena said: “Everybody has different opinions on what looks good - what they like and what they don't like. And personally, I don't really care what anybody else thinks. Because as long as I'm confident, and I'm happy with the skin I'm in. That's all that matters to me.”
