Britney Spears' Lawyers Working On Prenup w/ Sam Asghari

Britney Spears and her legal team have started working on the prenuptial agreement with her fiancé Sam Asghari and are continuing to push for the immediate removal of her father, Jamie Spears, as conservator. The 39-year-old pop star got engaged to her longtime boyfriend earlier this month and her lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, revealed they are in the process of "engaging a family law attorney to craft a prenuptial agreement." In court documents filed on Wednesday and obtained by Access Hollywood, her attorney also cites the engagement and the prenup as a reason why her father, Jamie Spears, needs to be removed as conservator immediately.
