Shemar Moore joined Kit Hoover and Scott Evans on Access Daily to discuss his role as Sergeant Hondo in the “S.W.A.T.” TV series. When asked if he was inspired by Samuel L. Jackson’s portrayal of Hondo from “S.W.A.T.,” Shemar said, “How are you going to follow Sam Jackson? I mean, I’m not. I’m just not going to do that…I’m going to do the Shemar Moore Hondo.” “S.W.A.T.” airs Friday nights on CBS and is available on Paramount+.
