The TLC reality series "My 600-Lb. Life" has told the stories of the weight-loss journeys dozens of people who morbidly obese. Many of them go on to have surgery to reduce their weight, but before they can do that, the show's surgeon, Dr. Nowzaradan, puts them on a diet and exercise plan to which they must adhere.
Some of the people featured on the show have succeeded in following the plan; others haven't.
