LA’s most plastic fantastic sugar baby 'Hurricane Garrett' has never shied away from admitting his love for plastic surgery. Garrett took a hiatus from getting any more surgery, due to some complications surrounding his lips, which he temporarily lost the feeling in. Garret told Truly: “I had a lip filler addiction.
