The lawsuit filed against Prince Andrew by Virginia Giuffre in August 2021 has been settled. On Tuesday, February 15, 2022, the official record confirmed that the lawsuit was settled out of court for an undisclosed sum of money. The filing stated, in part, "Prince Andrew regrets his association with Epstein, and commends the bravery of Ms. Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others."
