AN 18-YEAR-OLD man has had the transformation of a lifetime - by becoming a drag queen for the day. New York-based Joseph Vallejo always knew he wanted to perform on stage and entertain others, but it wasn’t until he saw drag queens on TV when he realised that this was his calling. The only issue is he’s never tried makeup on before - let alone a dress and heels. Fortunately with the help from New Jersey-based drag queen Vanity Ray, Joseph transformed into his superstar alter ego. Joseph even thought of his own drag queen name, Luminella - based on the chemical used in forensic science.
