For some, being muscly only means one thing – the bigger the better. In this Hooked On The Look special, we meet four men who have taken their bodybuilding to the extreme. Brazilian brothers, Geraldo and Alvaro, admit they were addicted to ‘getting big’ and even injected dangerous chemicals to achieve their huge biceps. Fellow Brazilians, Romario and Valdir, modelled themselves on the Incredible Hulk and risked their lives by injecting oil into their arms. In Russia, 22-year-old Kirill also risked his life to achieve 61 centimetre biceps.
