Selena Gomez is on a mission to destigmatize mental health. The 29-year-old joined First Lady Jill Biden at the White House on Wednesday to deliver a passionate speech about her own mental health journey while hosting the first-ever Mental Health Youth Action Forum, led by MTV Entertainment. "Mental health is very personal for me, and I hope that by using my platform to share my own story and working with incredible people like all of you I can help others feel less alone," she shared.
