The Platinum Jubilee celebrations for Queen Elizabeth II drew eyeballs from all over the world. But while Her Majesty may have been the center of the celebrations, all eyes were often on one of her great-grandchildren: the unexpectedly charismatic, scene-stealing Prince Louis. The third child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Louis is fifth in line to the British throne, but apparently first in peoples' hearts.
