The 46-year-old former baseball player was spotted kissing Dallas-based fitness competitor Kathryne Padgett at a nightclub in Capri, Italy. In photos obtained by TMZ, the pair was also spotted dancing and playing tambourines during their night out. A source close to ARod told People that the two are "casually dating" right now and that the relationship is still very new.
