The country star turned 46 years old on Saturday and was treated to a bday surprise during his set at the Country Summer Music Festival in Santa Rosa, Calif. by his wife Gwen Stefani. In a video shared to his social media, Blake looked shocked as his 52-year-old rockstar wife walked out on stage with a chocolate cake and started singing "Happy Birthday To You" with his many fans in the crowd also joining in!
