Kate Middleton Thinks Prince Louis Is Still Her 'Baby' But Knows He Is 'A Proper Boy Now'

Kate Middleton's youngest child isn't so little anymore. Last month, the Duchess of Cambridge visited Little Village's hub in Brent, part of London's largest baby bank network, where she thought about her 4-year-old son Prince Louis. "I keep thinking Louis is my baby, but he's a proper boy now," she said. Kate's other children, Prince George, 9 and Princess Charlotte, 7, are learning the royal ropes by joining their parents at events, but Prince Louis is just starting to hit the public eye.
