Will Smith is breaking his silence and speaking out for the first time since slapping Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars in March. In a new video posted to his YouTube channel, the Oscar winner answered some of the questions surrounding the incident. He got emotional as he apologized to Chris, his wife Jada and his family. "I am deeply remorseful … I am human and I made a mistake," he said in the video. "There is no part of me that thinks that was the right way to behave in that moment," he added.
