From War Refugee To Self-Made Millionaire | BLING LIFE

FROM living in refugee camps to building her million-dollar beauty empire, Fatema Love's journey to success was not an easy one. As a Palestinian refugee who later grew up in the Bronx, Fatema had to raise herself at the young age of 15 and quickly learned the value of hard work. Fatema says: "I came from nothing. I was homeless, I was hungry and I was in a refugee camp in a war. I never thought, in a million years, that I would be here today." In 2019, she started the business in her small apartment in New York. Over the next three years, the company, AFL beauty bar, has exploded into one of the biggest medical spas in the country. Fatema now has nine branches across the US and plans to expand further to every state. Her clients include influencers, models, celebrity makeup artists and even some of the A-listers such as Cardi B.
