Who runs the world? Beyoncé! Which is Sheila Watko's philosophy, a traffic reporter for NBC10 in Philadelphia. While delivering her traffic report on Wednesday, Sheila dropped multiple references to the singer's hit songs. "Now, if you're just waking up, I hope that you had some "Sweet Dreams," but traffic is getting "Heated" and it's starting to "Break My Soul" just a little bit," she said.
