Anna Chlumsky Praises Julia Garner Amid Madonna Casting Reports: 'She Really Can Do Anything'

Julia Garner's got a big fan in her friend, Anna Chlumsky. The "They/Them" star spoke to Access Hollywood recently and opened up about her "Inventing Anna" co-star's acting amid reports she's been tapped to play Madonna in an upcoming biopic. "Julia's really a shapeshifter, she really can do anything and that's because she is such a deep well. She knows how to go way way down to the fundamentals of a character and let it live," she said. Anna's horror film, "They/Them" is streaming now on Peacock.
