The 30-year-old actress shared the emotional trailer of her new documentary "Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me" on Instagram in honor of World Mental Health Day. The doc is set to chronicle the superstar's rise to fame and her health battles throughout the years. The "Wolves" singer's documentary debuts Nov. 4 on Apple TV+.
