Documentary Sports Film Community Housing Game Hockey

A documentary that follows the journey of local journalist Patrik Andersson as he attempts to bring unity to a small Swedish town housing Somali immigrants. As the town becomes known as "Little Mogadishu," Andersson sees an opportunity to use sports as a way to bridge the divide between the new Somali community and the long-time residents. The film follows the creation of the national team for Bandy ice hockey of Somalia, made up of Somalis who have never experienced temperatures below 20 degrees, as they come together to compete and find common ground. The film promises to be both informative and entertaining, as the team members bring their unique perspectives and personalities to the game.
