Mark Coles Smith leads the first investigation of its kind in Australia analysing previous Prime Ministers’ paths to our country’s highest office and finding out what chance an Indigenous Australian born today has of one day becoming the leader of our nation. Along the way we discover the educational, economic and social barriers standing in the way of a potential Indigenous candidate and meet inspiring individuals who are already on the path or helping others to close the gap.
