Young wrinkle-less women defy ageing with cosmetic botox | 60 Minutes Australia
May 15 2023
In 2009, we were the international champs when it comes to botox, among the biggest users in the world. In fact, Australians are spending around $300 million a year on what they call non-invasive treatments - what you and I would call new faces without plastic surgery. And it's not just women of a certain age who are turning to the needle to help banish those little lines and imperfections. Botox fans are getting younger and younger. Even wrinkle-free 20-somethings are into it. The way it's going, the idea of letting nature take its course of growing old gracefully may soon be a thing of the past.
For over forty years, 60 Minutes have been telling Australians the world’s greatest stories. Tales that changed history, our nation and our lives. Reporters Liz Hayes, Tom Steinfort, Tara Brown, Nick McKenzie and Amelia Adams look past the headlines because there is always a bigger picture. Sundays are for 60 Minutes.
