End the year on a high note with a hearty breakfast featuring creamy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, maple-glazed sausages, and more. Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 package breakfast sausage links
- 1 package thick cut bacon
- 1 package frozen hash brown patties
- 1 can Heinz baked beans
- 1 package pancake mix
- White bread for toast
- Margarine
- HP sauce
- Pearl Milling Syrup
Cooking Method:
1. Start by cooking the frozen hash browns in an air fryer set to 380F for 25 minutes.
2. Layer the bacon in a cross-hatch pattern in a cast iron pan and fry over medium heat. Flip occasionally until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-covered plate to cool.
3. Fry the sausages in an oiled pan over medium heat until they're crispy and brown. Turn off the heat, add a glug of maple syrup, and let simmer. Transfer to a bowl to serve.
4. Warm the beans in a pot over medium-low heat, then transfer to a bowl to serve.
5. Prepare the pancake mix by adding milk and one egg. Fry on a buttered griddle until golden, then flip and repeat. Stack on a plate to serve.
6. Whisk the remaining eggs for scrambled eggs. Melt a 1/4 lb of butter over medium heat, remove from heat, and pour in the eggs with a pinch of salt. Stir gently with a spatula until the eggs reach a soft scrambled consistency. Transfer to a large bowl and top with a knob of butter.
7. Toast the bread and spread butter evenly across each slice.
8. Serve everything together and enjoy your big dog breakfast!
