Lawyers Sue RCMP to Preserve Evidence in Pickton Case
Feb 22 2024
A legal battle is underway over evidence seized during the investigation of Robert Pickton, who was convicted of killing six women in British Columbia more than 16 years ago. The RCMP received permission to destroy three freezers full of meat products and other items, claiming they no longer contained human remains. Advocates are demanding proof that the items in the freezers no longer have evidentiary value.
