Cooking in lingerie in front of my kids earns me $2m a year - all thanks to a bet

Ashley Kolfage, 38, gained attention for cooking in her underwear at home in front of her children. Now the mother, who has over 1.8 million Instagram followers, has disclosed that she rakes in over $2 million annually from her adult entertainment career - a significant increase from her previous teaching job.

During an appearance on the Invite Only podcast, Ashley confirmed her staggering earnings and surprised the host by admitting she initially joined the adult platform "on a dare."

"It was crazy. They made a bet that I would make $50k a month," she recalled. "I thought I'd make $5k, which was still better than a teacher's salary. But in my first month, I made $100k and I was shocked."

When asked if she continued teaching after starting to sell explicit content, Ashley responded, "No, I was a teacher, but after having a child, I realized it wasn't fulfilling. I didn't want to be a teacher and have my own child. So I quit. And now, I guess I'm an OnlyFans creator."

The mother from Florida is open about her family life and believes her children will not grow up thinking she is doing anything inappropriate. During an interview on the Inside OnlyFans podcast, Ashley stated, "I am not going to lose myself just because I have kids. I will remain true to who I am, and having children will not change that."

When asked about the impact of doing OnlyFans on her children, she confidently responded.

Ashley mentioned that her job doesn't affect her kids at all, as they are accustomed to seeing her in lingerie at home, so it's not a big deal for them. She explained that she often cooks in her bikini or lingerie, and she believes that if she doesn't make it seem like a bad thing, her kids won't see it that way either.

However, she does ensure that her kids are in their room and away from her when she is doing live cam work. Ashley also mentioned that if her kids were teenagers now, the perception of being an OnlyFans star might be different, as she thinks it won't be viewed negatively in the future.

Ashley has admitted that she will have a conversation with her children about the situation when they are older if it begins to make them uncomfortable.

Last year, Ashley's partner, Brian Kolfage, 42, ran into legal trouble. In 2023, he was sentenced to four years and three months in prison for fraudulently diverting hundreds of thousands of dollars from an online fundraiser that raised $25 million for a border wall project called "We Build The Wall." Brian, a triple-amputee US veteran, pleaded guilty to the charges.

The project gained attention due to its involvement with former President Donald Trump's adviser Steve Bannon, who was later pardoned by the ex-president in a highly publicized court case.
